Ashlee Milton

Partner & Principal Instructor

Ashlee Milton has been active in real estate since 2014 and has personally completed hundreds of real estate transactions over the past decade while overseeing teams of agents between her roles as an Executive Broker for Chuck Fawcett Realty in Fort Smith, and as the Designated Executive Broker for Chuck Fawcett Realty in Fayetteville.

Ashlee has spent the last several years organizing and leading the internal trainings for all five Chuck Fawcett offices, and served on the Fort Smith Board of Realtors, all while simultaneously winning annual awards for sales performance in every year she’s been a REALTOR™. 
 
As a mentor to so many Agents and as a high producer herself, Ashlee knows what it takes to be successful in the industry. Beyond this, Ashlee is also a degreed paralegal. With much of his work done in the B2B segment in his professional career, Keefer has been focused on enablement and driving success for his partners. His award-winning sales performance as both an individual contributor and a sales leader adds to and informs his expertise as a process and technology expert, and ultimately delivers heightened value for clients with a no-nonsense approach to solutions implementation.
